How big of tires do you need to take on Daniel's Trail? Have 32" BFG All-Terrains right now, and I'm thinking of 4" lift with 35" BFG Mud-terrains on my 86' K-5.

You would be suprised what you can do as long as you know how to drive...
Last year, a guy in a zuki or it may have been a range rover older one that is walked the dog on Daniel with 31". It was pretty cool. I think I've got some pics around here somewhere. I'm pretty sure that Sapper can support me on this to and maybe a couple of others. But I will say that there has been a lot of erosion and new lines made since last year so you may have a problem with the 32's but you can do the 35's. :-D :-D

Alot is driving style and lockers. 35's with 4" lift and 2 lockers would be good setup. :-D

Last year I made it up the right side in a Tacoma with 31's.

John (zentree) took his Tahoe up Daniel rolling on 285/75s with no lift. It only hurt for a little bit.

I would have had a lot more trouble with it this year I think.

4" 35's and a bomb in the rear did all right for me. :-D

It not so much the 3-way hill climb anymore, its all the ledges and whatnot before it. I know one spot CB had to pull the seat cushion out of his rear once he was past it.
