I heard they wear pretty bad on the street, do they?

awesome. I was looking at those too, and wish I had the money.

I can bring mine over when I come look at that kayak, and you can try them on if ya want.

I've put more miles on mine than I planned, but seem to be doing ok. They are loud to the point of not being comfortable with the noise.

I don't mind loud, pretty used to having a loud tires on a 2nd Generation. Plus it would cover the exhaust leak I have so it wouldn't drive me nuts.

George, just let me know when your coming over, going to bring the kayak home tomorrow and probably start lifting the K10 on Wednesday as long as the weather holds a little bit.

These are pretty tempting, I don't definately need tires right now, but these don't seem to be a bad deal.

my 38.5 boggers were a little noisy on the road but not bad, they were pad balanced too so they overall were pretty decent. tire wear was not bad either.

All right, just let me know. I leave for VA on Sunday and won't be back until Dec 15th. Well I plan on coming back on the weekends but during the week(s) I will be up there. The kayak will be sitting in the back of the prject if you want to swing by during the week sometime.

Now to start sweet talking the wife........

I'll come by tomorrow. My wife likes the look of the tires on my truck, and she's never admitted to liking anything about it. We'll slap em on yours real quick, and hopefully she'll think the same way. Plus, you got all that TAD money coming at you, so it's not like YOU are paying for them (works for me anyway).

I sent the guy a PM right after he posted them. I am just waiting to hear back from him about them.

Those xterrains are the ones I run now. I love em, they aren't too loud though, if you're trying to drown out some exhaust noise. They seem to be wearing well, but I don't drive it that much.
